I reconnected with Evelyn back in 1980 while living in Braintree. My husband was earning his doctorate and needed a typist/editor. I forget how he found Evelyn, but he hired her to work with him. I was pleased that I knew her and it was a successful work partnership. She was as intellectual as ever and showed much interest in his work.

Just read this! So sorry to hear about Judy. I was at North Quincy High School for about ten years and Judy and I were very friendly. She was a delight. We swapped stories about our kids, gossiped about the administration, and had similar friends on staff. She was funny, outgoing and very generous. She was such an asset to the math dept and NQHS overall. She will be missed. Diane
